Opening hours
During the week our restaurant is open every evening 7 and 9 p.m.
Sundays, lunch is served between 12 a.m and 2 p.m. Groups, seminars, etc. are also welcome, monday to Saturday.

Automn salad
Salad with dandelion leaves, confit of quail, croutons, bacon and soft-boiled egg

Preparations of duck foie gras :  Alsatian-style, iced and crème brûlée


Ocean symphony   
Fish tartar, Dublin Bay prawns on a skewer and  scallops wrapped in bacon


Salmon
Warm salmon coated with a mustard seed sauce


Berguoises
Salad with crispy cheese rolls, strips of bacon and pine nuts

Sweetbreads of veal
Prepared with pan-sautéed spring vegetables, Suprême sauce


Butterfly prawns
Shelled, pan-sautéed, served with a Provençal butter

Steamed sea bass topped with pan-sautéed green asparagus


Emperor fish
Roll of emperor fish with crayfish tails and Nantua sauce


Fish medley
Salmon, orange roughy,  scallops cooked in a white butter sauce

Pike
Grilled on one side only, confit of shallots and red wine sauce


Beef
Fillet, grilled and served with a chanterelle mushroom sauce

Noisettes of lamb on a skewer served with a tarragon sauce


Rabbit
Boned leg of rabbit, shiitake mushrooms,  simmered in a local 3 Monts beer

 It is not served on Sundays.
